Stroller Strides - Fitness for Mom, Fun for Baby! PLUS, playgroups for kiddos and Moms' Nights Out!
Strengthen, tone and sing to your little ones while having fun and being fit! Stroller Strides gives you a total body workout in an hour using the stroller, environment, our body weight and resistance tubing. All classes are taught by nationally certified instructors who are also moms themselves! Your first class is FREE.
Classes are designed for every level of exerciser with children from 6 weeks and up.
All you need to do is arrive 10 minutes before the start of any class, bring water, a towel for abs and stretching, and anything your kiddo(s) may need. We meet EVERY Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You can join us at ANY time
WORKING MOMS: We are currently holding classes Thursday evening and Saturday morning. Get your workout in, while spending time with your little one and being a GREAT ROLE MODEL

We are hoping to be outside until the end of the month. If the weather gets to cold (generally below 55) class will be held INSIDE at The Summit in the gym.
