Are you a new mom who is looking to get back into shape & meet new moms? Stroller Strides is your answer! This is a workout that gets you back into shape. We also offer Luna Moms Club www.lunabar.com/momsclub , free playgroups, and Mom's Nights Out events as well as Family Nights and Community Events! This meetup meets for classes each day, but also offers playgroups each week open to anyone with babies from newborns to preschoolers. Other activities are scheduled monthly.
