About *The Fabulous Moms of RC*
We are currently accepting New Members! We are on the lookout for new members who are looking to join an active group. We don't want any lurkers or strangers! If you want to hang out every week and keep up on the message boards everyday then this is the group for you!
Our group is about having fun, with no drama! We want to build lasting friendships between ourselves and our kids... contribute to the community... share advice and give other Mom's much needed support!
We have a lot of fun events with the kids and the occasional Moms' Night Out. Its good to hang out, have some adult conversation and let the kids socialize! We have done several charity projects such as sending care packages to Iraq and raising money for House of Ruth! We are always open to new ideas and want to have fun while being active and making a positive impact!
Our group is open to all women, you don't have to be a Mom or married, this group is for Moms, wives, baby mammas :) , and women looking to get preggo who just want to meet other local RC women and have fun! Our kids range from infants to teenagers!

Who can join The Fabulous Moms of RC?
We welcome any mother who has the time and desire to attend an active playgroup. Kids of any age are welcome, as well as moms-to-be! Right now our membership consists of moms with infants to teenagers!
Who should NOT join the Fabulous Moms?
Anyone who is into Drama! If you are a Drama Queen, we'd rather you take your business elsewhere- we're happy and laid back, we'd like to stay that way!
What is the "No Lurkers Rule"?
Once you join the group we expect you to check in on the boards and introduce yourself within a 48 hour period. We then ask you to attend a meetup within 2 weeks. The Internet can be a crazy place, and we don't want strangers in the group.
What is expected of me as a member?
We ask that all members attend meetups regularly and post on the message boards most days of the week.
EVENTS
- Please only RSVP "yes" for events if you are sure you can attend. A "yes" RSVP should be treated like any other commitment you would make. We are your girlfriends and girlfriends don't flake on each other! So as a courtesy for the rest of the group, please change your RSVP with at least 24 hours notice if possible.
- Some events do not allow for a Maybe RSVP, like in home playdates, so please only say Yes if you're committed to attending.
- Also, occasionally events will have a maximum allowable # of attendees, so please don't take up spots unless you will be at the function.
What are group ratings?
After each event, you are sent an email to tell the organizer what you thought. Those ratings are tallied and from your response comes our group ratings!
You can also check the ratings for a particular event by clicking on past events, and clicking on the event you are interested in. There you can read what others thought of the event, and what sort of rating it got.
Please note that when you rate an event it will effect our general group score. Even a neutral rating will bring down our group average, so please rate accordingly.
Is there a fee to join this group?
Membership Dues are $7 for the 6 month period you join in (currently August to ) and is due 1 month after joining. Dues are non-refundable.
Can I advertise on the message boards?
No lewd content or spamming will be allowed ever.
If you are an active member feel free to post advertising your personal business, party, garage sale etc. We are not a classified ad but members may advertise on occasion. If you would like to invite members to a party like Avon or Partylite, please contact your organizer about adding it to the calendar!
We reserve the right to remove any members we feel are disruptive to the group at any time.
