Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for parents with their babies.

The classes are comprised of a warm-up and a 50 minute power walk, with stops for body toning using your stroller, the outdoors, and exercise tubing. Stroller Strides also supports new moms in their parenting experience via playgroups, discussions and a variety of activities for both parents and baby.

During classes, songs and activities are woven into the routine to entertain and occupy baby, while the parents get to workout. The program is designed for all levels, from the novice exerciser to the skilled athlete, and allows each individual to choose their own level of intensity.

In addition to the classes, Stroller Strides offers Luna Moms Clubs with fun playgoup activies and community offerings.

Be sure to bring your baby, stroller, water bottle, mat or towl for floor exercieses, sun block and a smile.

Stroller Strides specializes in pre and post natal fitness. So, whether you're currently pregnant and want to have a healthy pregnancy, if you have a little one and are looking forward to losing those last few pounds, or just are looking to meet new moms... this is the place for you.
