Sunshine Music Studios "Mommy and Me" Music studio will be offering a FREE introductory "Mommy and Me" Dance Aerobics class this coming Saturday, July 12th from 12:15 - 1:15 PM. Classes are geared towards children 6 months through 5 years old and the adults who love them (and want a good workout). Dance Aerobics will involve creative and fun movement that will have you and your child sweating and smiling for a full hour! No dance experience necessary!
