Meet other moms and spend quality time with your baby while getting a great workout! Stroller Strides classes are 60-75 min. stroller fitness sessions where kids are always included. Our instructors are highly qualified fitness professionals who truly understand the challenges moms face when it comes to getting out the door and trying to stay in shape. The classes are designed to accomodate all fitness levels, and consist of a power walk or run combined with body sculpting exercises using different types of exercise tubing, fit balls, your stroller, and the beautiful outdoors. All classes include a Luna Moms Club, offering weekly playgroups and monthly Moms Nights Out! In addition, Stroller Strides and Luna Moms are active in community events and fundraisers - it's a great way for you to get involved and make a difference! With 3 different class locations in Corpus Christi , we're sure there's a time & location that works for you. Classes are ongoing and your first class is always FREE!
