Join StrollerFit North Metro Denver (Thornton, Northglenn, Westminster, Broomfield, Brighton and anyone else) members for fun activities such as playgroups, parks, moms night out, family days, just to name a few. We offer activities that cater to both moms who are at home during the day and moms who work outside of the home. StrollerFriends is free for all moms and children.

Hi everyone! So, the Westminster Mall is going to be our indoor location for this year. There is plenty of room for cardio and strength work. Alisha will be teaching the 9 am classes Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. This is a great way to stay in shape during the holidays!
