Meeting Description

Who

Are you concerned about attachment issues, wondering about separation anxiety, or working with a child who seems "too shy" or "too friendly"? Let's talk! We'll meet on the phone for a 60-minute conversation about issues of attachment and separation.

Why

In our meet-ups we talk about the issues that really concern you. This phone conference brings the information you want right to your own home - no need to get a sitter or even put on your "good" jeans. Just get the kids to bed and call in!

Organized by

Dr. A

Details

We will start the meeting promptly at 8:00 pm, Pacific Time, on May 12th. Be on the line then. To get the dial-in number, email Dr. Anderson by May 11th at mothersmentor@comcast.net. The meeting will end at 9:00 pm.

We will talk about what you're interested in covering, but Dr. A will be prepared to present information on
The three types of attachment
The secrets of developing secure attachment
The relationship between temperament and attachment

How to help your child overcome separation anxiety
What to do if your child cries when you leave him at child care or preschool

Hope to hear from you soon and have you on the line on May 12th. See details posted soon at http://mothersmentor....

Our typically friendly baby becomes hysterical for selected individuals when she first meets them. Would be great to understand more about this and how to help her!
