Mommy-Moves! Fitness classes are about having fun and getting fit with your little ones! We provide stroller classes, kids fitness classes, boot camps, running classes mommy night out, playdates and MUCH MORE! Meet an amazing bunch of moms, and enjoy some adult conversation with your little ones in their strollers! Playdates after every class! Join us and get fit with your little one in tow! We have classes in Rumson, Middletown, Ocean Township and coming soon LBI For the summer! We offer kid free boot camps in the summer on the beach, Mommy-Runs! Classes, and Kids-Move! fitness classes! COMING SOON! Packages are available, and your FIRST CLASS IS ALWAYS FREE! Classes are held everyday in different locations, so check the calendar for updates!
