The Stroller Cruisers

This group is a way to blend our passion for fitness and motherhood.The classes offer a workout while pushing a stroller. A stroller walk is combined with intervals of body tonning using excerise tubing and the stroller during the 60 minute class, mom achieves a total body workout and your baby has fun! Stroller Cruisers is so much more than a fitness class, it is all about providing support and helping women succeed in their role as a mom.
