We

Although our group is made up mainly of stay-at-home moms and their children we welcome all moms. Most of our events will take place during the week on rotating days and sometimes on the weekends if there is a request or a need. We may also have some moms night outs scheduled for a weekday or weekend evening. We are open to suggestions and hope that this group is interactive and all member are welcomed to suggest events. This group belongs to it's members not the organizer so please get involved and lets keep it going! We are open to ALL suggestions!

Our Itsy Bitsy group is tailored to first time moms with babies younger than 12 months. This group will get together at least twice a month and will have activities that are age appropriate for the little ones. Sheryl is our Itsy Bitsy Coordinator, feel free to contact her with any questions.

Fee
As the website is not free we now have a fee of $5.00 every 6 months to be collected upon acceptance to the group and every January & June thereafter. If your dues are not paid by the end of January & June you will be removed from the group but may reapply once dues are paid. After the yearly fee is paid to meetup.com the rest of the dues will be spent on group events, etc. Dues are nonrefundable should you choose to leave the group or not follow the attendance policy (see below).

Attendance
If you decide to join the group you will be expected to attend a meetup within the first month. Please plan on attending at least one function every month. We expect all members to participate in the group so please check into the website regularly by checking the message board for ongoing group discussions and event planning. Members who are not active in the group by attending a meetup at least every 45 days will be removed from the group. We also ask that when you sign up for the group that along with your profile you also post a photo of yourself or your little one(s). This group is all about meeting up with other moms and kids mainly during the week, if you do not have the time to meetup during this time then please don't waste our time or yours by requesting to join. The attendance policy will be strickly enforced to ensure all of the members are active and interested in being part of our great group of moms and munchkins.

RSVPs

• Please RSVP for all events even if it's "No".
  
• Please keep your RSVP updated. Even if it's the morning of an event please update if you cannot make it. This is common courtesy so that we know how many to expect.
  
• If you have RSVP'd "Yes" to an event and have been a no-show 3 times you will be removed from the group and will not be allowed to reapply.
