Alexa Godwin & Laura Curbo are the owners of the My Gym Children's Fitness Center in Lexington, Northeast Columbia (Village at Sandhill Marketplace) and just opened My Gym Lake Carolina! We started Meetups for moms to connect with other moms while providing demonstrations of our developmental and early learning program. Look for opportunties for a My Gym meetup or special event coming soon! My Gym is fitness made fun for kids! And, we invite you to come visit us at one of our locations and try a complementary guest class!

Need a few hours to yourself, go to the doctor or have a long lunch? You can now drop your children off - ages 2-6- at My Gym Northeast Columbia every Tuesday from 10:30am-12:30pm!
Fitness and tumbling activities, open gym time, swing time, socilization for the kids, and you get two hours to yourself! Weekly themes such as Ocean Life, Sports, Beyond Earth, and All Things That Fly. Read more
